SHIPPING

We ship all packages within 2 working days of receipt of the order from Spain. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so please enter your shipping address to determine shipping cost. Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

DOMESTIC

Domestic orders are shipped via Correos. In order to keep shipping costs down, our magazines are not tracked. However, all other orders will be sent via Correos Tracked shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via Correos Tracked services and delivery times vary between 3-17 business days of shipping, plus customs processing time. International orders may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE SPECIFIED LOCATION WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you change your mind for any reason, we accept returns subject to the following conditions:

- Magazines are non-returnable.

- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

For exchanges and returns please contact us.
Our team can check stock availability for exchanges as well as provide you with a returns address. Please note, the customer is responsible for returns postage. 

Once your return is received and checked your refund will be processed. You will receive a credit for the purchase price (excluding any shipping charges) applied to the original method of payment.

In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for postage for the exchange package.
